this rule applies to lips, eyes, cheeks, and nails.
apply a white coat of nail polish or for experimental purposes use liquid paper
wait for that coat to completely dry
then apply your color of choice
the white in the nail will make your color appear much more vibrant
try it with a black nail polish for a jewel tone color
